What next?

The current generation has ennumerable possibilities to explore.

People are trying out various career opportunities.

There are organisations willing to hire people for their skills rather than for their qualifications.

We now know that just scoring high does not guarentee good career or employability.

There are plenty of other factors affecting career growth.

Communication skills, interpersonal skills, crisis management skills and integrity are a few such criterias.

But, choosing what to learn is the first important step.

One is very fortunate if he got the courage and knowledge to fix his path.

But for the vast majority, they are confused. They dont really know what to do or they don't boldly stand up for themselves.

They seek for reasons and justifications for their choice. And when they fail to convince themselves, they give up.

Trust me!, it does not happen that way. The call has to come from within yourself.

But how do you listen to your heart?

What would you do if you need a person to open up and talk to you?

May be you will try to make him comfortable and then try to start a conversation, Right? Same it is when trying to converse with yourself.

Take some time and efforts to pamper youself. Aknowledge youself as an individual with not just flesh and bones, but likes and dislikes, skills and acheivements, simplicities and complexities.

Take some time off, may be just a change of environment for a few days or may be a few sessions of your favorite sport or just trying out something you think you can never do.

Parents aspire you to be as great as Einstein or Amstrong. But you never know, you can turn to be much more in your area.

Ultimately, they are assured when they see you working your way out with all your passion and conviction.
